16 Pax met in the foggy downtown gloom for what would quickly be dubbed "the worst Q ever". YHC had put a ton of thought into this beatdown and had even brought warm up tunes and a prop, but none of this met I-Beam's ever climbing standards. I'm not sure if it's just me, or

10 Pax including 2 FNG's (what??) met in the gloom this am for a little pre-derby day/post cinco de mayo fun. YHC was alarmed at Viagra's early arrival. I-Beam came in hot and in a notably salty mood. This had the makings of a good workout. After a truly terrible disclaimer by the Q we

27 Pax met in a rather pleasant light rain this morning... all in the mood for some action. With Paradise City blasting from my wife's grocery getter, Gunny informed the Pax of the various responsibilities and disclaimers and such. With that out of the way we began: WAR Mosey to depot Ssh Sun Wind Copperhead

11 Pax and 2 mascots hit the ground running this am for the 1st anniversary of the founding of the Rainbow Dash. Seems like just yesterday Bodette and Matlock were vigorously leading the charge to  establish this workout... we look forward to them actually attending some day. YHC and Quicken did note that some of

19 Pax ventured out into the surprisingly cold Latham AO. After a stern warning about safety the Pax split between the joggers and the real men and began this mornings workout... I can only assume the joggers just jogged around. The rest of us did this: Run to the entrance of Fisher park. Circle up

16 pax took the DRP including 1 FNG (Gill Reyes - Matador) and 2 Mascots (Duce/Big Brown) and showed up to a separatist workout @ Mendenhall called Rainbow Dash. Starting off with some warm up tunes (The Cult, AC/DC, etc...) the men converged around an impressive multi colored shovel flag. It went down like so...

With some of the regular Dash Stallions on loan to the High Point launch, 3 pax and our faithful mascot, Bailey joined YHC in the gloom surrounding Mendenhall. After a short Broga warm up (old man style) a beat down begun. Thang 1 - Run to the top of the sledding hill and complete: 25

16 Pax came out to the misty plains of Latham park this am. I-Beam came in hot and decided to make sure that the toilets still worked. Apparently they do, though he may have contracted Zika while he was busy bombing Tokyo. Anyway... Here's how it went down: W.A.R. - Basketball Court SSH Windmill Hillbilly

25 pax took the DRP and showed up to a separatist workout @ Mendenhall called Rainbow Dash.  This was a new, record high posting for the Dash and YHC was proud to be a part of it. Starting off with some warm up tunes (The Cult, AC/DC, etc...) the men converged around an impressive trio
