An awesome group of 10 HIM’s descended on the Grinder this morning for their DRP. With welcome dispensed we got at it.

WARM-A-RAMA

We took a lap around the center island and returned for instructions for Thang 1. Thang 1 was a runway that included 15 different exercises. The rep count was based on each PAX member who lunged the runway distance.

THANG 1

While PAX at end of line lunged to the front the rest of the PAX performed the following.

THANG 2

With the Wojo Squats completed we headed over to the first set of cones in the parking lot and partnered up in pairs. This was a 2 man grinder style with a run and farmer carry with weight. Partner A did the exercise while Partner B ran to the next set up cones, chose their weight amount, and completed the Farmer Carry route, and then back to relieve their partner. Exercises were cumulative:

  • SHOULDER TAPS (225)
  • IMPERIAL WALKERS (250)
  • HEEL TOUCH’S (275)

With time running tight we called an Omaha and circled up for Mary

  • Was awesome to be back at the GSO original Monday AO. Lot a great memories working out at this AO and watching it grow.

  • Super strong group of guys posting this morning. Nice to see guys I don’t run into as much as we have grown.
  • TClaps to Viagra… always pushing the workout intensity with good form on all reps. Sets a good example.
