I honestly used to hate this workout. However, it is one of the most effective HIIT workouts for burning calories and increasing range of motion.

Warm-A-Rama:

Good Mornings- 3X, Mosey, SSH-15 IC, Abe Vigoda- 10 IC, String Rippers- 10IC, Sun Gods- 10IC (each direction), Hug-thy-self, Tricep Dips- 15 SC

The Thang:

B.L.I.M.P.S.: Burpees- 1 (minimal due to injuries), Lunges- 5 (each leg), Imperial Walkers- 10 IC, Merkins- 15 SC, Plank Jacks- 20 IC, Squats- 25 SC; aim for five rounds

6MOM:

Low Slow Flutter- 15 IC, Low Dolly- 15 IC, E2K- 10 IC (each side), American Hammers
