Thank you for those brave guys who stepped up. In the beginning there was stretching and flexibility exercises.
The Thang goes as follows: it was a three man grinder, one guy ran around the courts, the second did monkey humpers and the third guy did step ups. Apparently there was some dumbbells work included. I did meet the group at coffee at the Wet Whistle after the workout.
SYITG and the 6 who showed up are: pipes, doc holiday, fire Marshall, madoff, billboard and of course our Q Curb appeal.
