Curb appeal circled us up starting out with stretching and then we got down to the thing.
4 laps around the basketball court.. here is how it went.
-5 4×4’s
– 20 Monkey humpers
-20 crunches
-20 dips
-30 shoulder taps
Then after each of the 5 exercises 2 more laps. After the older guys complained about our ailments we finished with….
– American Hammers
-flutter kicks
8 regulars and 1 FNG. MARINE, thank you for your service to our country. COT
