Thing #1: 2-Man Grinder
Q directed PAX to PARTNER UP. Q explained there are four directions, one for every street. Each set of partners decides on a direction to start 1st. 4 stations with LOCAL HONEY spelled out with various exercises to execute. Partner one will AMRAP as partner two runs to the end of the street and does 1 Yurpee and returns to relieve partner one. When two exercises are done by both partners then both partners decide another direction and continue down the list. After completing 8 exercises both partners will decide how many E2K’s will be done collectively. Start back at the top of the list with one of four stations RINSE & REPEAT until OMAHA!
