On a crisp Wednesday morning 13 studs took their DRP at Local Honey. With welcome and introduction dispensed the ruckers headed off their way and the bootcampers moseyed to the Bellemeade parking deck with YHC.

Todays workout was a Gauntlet Style. PAX worked their way through 8 exercise stations with a listed exercise to get to each station as well. We made it through 3 complete cycles. Each PAX member took turns counting the cadence.

  • Werkins x 20….Crawl Bear
  • Shoulder Taps x 20ic…… Run down the steps to deck 3 and rinse and repeat

With time running tight we exited the parking garage and moseyed back to the Shovelflag. Circled up for Mary

  • We were missing Bobby Knight this morning as he moves through his time on the IR. Sending prayers for a speedy and complete recovery
  • Great group this morning for the beatdown. Good effort and good mumble chatter.
  • Local Honey is a strong AO Location with many options
  • With all the Political divineness or anxiety that grips men at times these days it is always great to convene with friends in the gloom where we can separate from the outside challenges for a moment. Grateful beyond words to have this in my life.
