HIM that Polo is, YHC a few weeks ago asked for Q’s and Polo steps right up.

We meet Tuesdays at 5 45 PM at Leonard Rec Center, 6324 Ballinger Rd, 27410.

It was wet, it was raining, and the storms were building, no worries, 8 pax rolled in plus 1 canine so it was ON!

Short disclaimer and the Pax was off:

Stryker, Damage Control, Windmill, Mudflap, Spider, Expired, Underwriter w FND Bronson, and Polo on the Q.

Rain was coming down, Polo runs us to the covered breezeway at Guilford School nearby.

There, we did the usual warm-a-rama, then Pax were introduced to the Charles Bronson for the Thang.

4 exercises, 50 sets, complete 1 set run a loop, bear crawl, then run back.

Wide Merkins, Plank Jacks, Squats, LBC’s, all in sets of 50. Tclaps to the Pax for sharing cadence.

2 or 3 rounds of the Bronson and on the part 2:

12 Merkins, 12 Copperhead Squats, 12 Abc’s, 12 Mountain Climbers, 12 SSH, 12 Freddie Mercuries in cadence!  After a round of all, run the lap.  Multiple sets performed until Mary was called:

12 Hammers!
