The Thang:
Basketball Defensive Slide (or Cheerleader Slide) up the parking ramps, Karaoke the flats, switching sides halfway. Each end of the deck has one exercise, 20 reps (10 each side) and the other side of the deck is Staggered Hand Merkins, 10 reps (5 each side).
Level 1- Cumberland County Viaducts, Staggered Merkins
Level 2- Star Planks, Staggered Merkins
Level 3- Side Lunges, Staggered Merkins
Level 4- Al Gore Side Steps, Staggered Merkins
Level 5- Bird Dogs, Staggered Merkins
Level 6- Side Pull Ups, Staggered Merkins

Freddy Mercuries, One Leg LBCs (one leg straight), Cuban Missile Crisis Sit Ups (one leg straight, one leg bent), Cindy Crawfords, American Hammers (or lower back-friendly modification)
COT:
Exercising and strengthening your lateral (side) muscles helps prevent injury. Similarly, exercising character muscles (humility, empathy, compassion, encouragement) strengthens yourself and others laterally beside you.
