We began our morning with an affirmation of the one singular mission of F3:
The Mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
YHC shared the appropriate disclaimers and with no FNGs present, ruckers splintered and the bootcampers set out on a mosey – rumors of Houlihan posting were circulating so we ran the long way around the church to give him a moment in case he was coming in hot! But alas, no Houlihan. Namarama’s elsewhere revealed he chose ShakeWeight for his DRP. The mosey continued up Bellemeade and into the Eugene St. parking lot adjacent to the parking deck for:
The Warm-A-Rama
- The Motivator starting at a 6 count and working down

With a quick warmarama complete we made our way to the first level entrance of the Eugene St parking deck where were pleasantly greeting by the voice of the automated attendant. (note to self and Pax – this voice out of nowhere may startle some pax if they enter empty deck at 0500 to layout winkies – beware!) We were there assembled for:
The Thang
A winkie was placed at the SE corner of the deck on each of the seven levels. Pax completed the exercise and ran up the deck as follows
- Level 1: 5 Burpees
- Level 2: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins,
- Level 3: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry Docks (IC),
- Level 4: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry Docks (IC), 20 Lunges (10 each leg),
- Level 5: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry Docks (IC), 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 25 Squats
- Level 6: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry Docks (IC), 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 25 Squats, 30 Squatted Air Claps
- Level 7: 5 Burpees, 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 15 Carolina Dry Docks (IC), 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 25 Squats, 30 Squatted Air Claps, 35 Gas Pumps
Once Pax competed the 7th level they circled back and fell in with the six so we all finished together. Great job men! YHC gave the Pax the chance to take the stairs back to the bottom but they were having none of that and all chose ‘the long route’ and ran down the whole deck – AWESOME! After a quick 10 count at the bottom of the deck we moseyed back to the shovel flag for:

The ‘long route’ in the deck ate into our time for Mary but we still had time for:
