  • Mosey half parking lot loop (about 0.17 mi) and over to pick up their Valentines- a concrete block

Thang

  • 6 stations arranged around the 0.17mi parking lot loop
  • 3 exercises at each station, 2 using the block and 1 ab exercise
  • PAX perform all 3 exercises OYO, transport their block to the next station, set the block down, run around the loop and back to their block to do the exercises at that station
  • Repeat around all six stations
  • Stations:
    • 20 derkins, 20 kettle bell swings, 20 WWI sit-ups
    • 20 thrusters, Colt 45s, 30 low slow flutters
    • 30 overhead press, 30 rows, 20 crunchy frogs
    • 10 merkins w/ left hand on block, 10 merkins w/ right hand on block, 30 calf raises with block, 60 sec plank
    • 10 blockees, 20 goblet squats, 30 LBCs
    • 20 tricep extensions, 20 lunges w/ block, 20 V-ups
  • All PAX completed all 6 stations
  • Finished w/ one more lap- moseying for 1st half and sprint for 2nd half
