20 IC- SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, Sun Gods

The Thang:

Station 1:  Suicide Ladder (Merkins, WW1 Sit Ups, Burpees)

Cones are 10 yards apart. Do the first exercise only at the first cone (2 reps), run to second cone and do exercise (4 reps), run back to first cone (2 reps), run to third cone (6 reps), back to first cone (2 reps), run to fourth cone (8 reps), back to first cone (2 reps). Mosey to Station 2.

 

Station 2:  Side Lunge to next cone using good form (50 yards)

 

Station 3:  Laterals

Do first exercise only, then proceed to next cone.

20 IC- Bonnie Blairs/Speed Skaters, Side Straddle Squats

 

Station 4:  Karaoke to next cone, switching direction halfway.

Mosey to Station 1 and perform exercise #2 on sheet. Rinse & Repeat

 

6MOM:

15 IC- LBCs, Heel Touches, American Hammer (or modify to lower back-friendly exercise)

 

COT:

Prayers for 90210’s family as they work through the loss of their beloved dog.

Prayers for 90210’s friend who’s Mom has been diagnosed with advanced colon cancer.

Prayers for Boy Wonder’s friend Jennifer on her first birthday without her beloved husband.
