The Thang- The Spartan Run

  • 1 mile run (route was 0.5 mi out and back down the sidewalk along Market St)
  • 100 merkins
  • 100 crunches
  • 1 mile run
  • 75 merkins
  • 75 crunches
  • 1 mile run
  • 50 merkins
  • 50 crunches

For the mathematically challenged = 3mi run, 225 merkins, 225 crunches
