  • Mosey the blue line
  • Arm circle- 20 IC forward, 20 IC reverse
  • Copper head squat- x10 IC
  • Imperial walkers- x15IC

Thang part 1- Bus lines of pain

  • 18 bus lines, about 20yds long
  • At one end of first line, do 1 merkin, lunge walk to other end of line 1, do 1 squat
  • Move to line 2, do 2 squats, bear crawl to other end of line 2, do 2 Merkins
  • Repeat, increasing merkin/squat count by one at each line, up to 18 merkins and 18 squats at either end of final line
  • Totals:
    • 171 merkins
    • 171 squats
    • 180 yards lunge walk
    • 180 yards bear crawl

Thang part 2- abs, pulls, and cardio

  • Start at far end of parking lot, do 25 LBCs
  • Mosey to playground (about 200yds)
  • Pull-ups
  • Mosey back to far end of parking lot
  • Repeat for 4 rounds
  • Totals:
    • 100 LBCs
    • Pull-ups
    • 1 mile mosey
