Pop Quiz!!! YHC grilled the Pax on our Mission Statement, Credo & Core Principles. Mistakes (AKA- Learning Opportunities) = 5 Burpees. The Pax knocked out 15 Burpees (20, if you count the 5 Apollo had to do for loosing Water Boy in a mall once).

Why is this important? Because if you don’t know your mission, you can’t know your goal, and therefore won’t discover your purpose.

Pax was divided up in three groups and each group was gifted with a sandbag to carry to their assigned station. Prior to The Thang, some demonstrations were required; the Pax did a superior job following instructions… not.

AIR RAID! And now…

The Thang

Three Exercises per station. One exercise is performed with the sandbag x 10 reps. Meanwhile, the rest of the group is alternating through the other two exercises (AMRAP) until the Pax on the bag is done with his 10 reps. Once everyone performs the Sandbag exercise, the group moves to the next station (approx. 100 yards).

    • 60lb. Sandbag Burpees x 10
    • Squats x AMRAP

    • Rowers x AMRAP

OMAHA! Pax gathered all gear, moseyed back to the shovel flag with a pitstop to drop off all gear back at Ol’ Blue.

Why 16? Because even though Closing Time likes to stop at 15 reps, we chose to do the hard thing.
