Warm-A-Rama:

Due to surprisingly breezy conditions Drysdale had to get the warm up started with SSHs as I chased down station instruction sheets that were blowing across the parking lot as several cones could not hold them down. Once I got them secured it played out as follows:

20 SSHs IC

15 Windmills IC

10 R, 10L Sun Gods IC

15 Hillbillies IC

The Thang:

Each group of 4 starts from the Youth Bldg and run back and forth to 4 stations about 100 yards out.

On each return to the Youth Bldg each group does either 20 step ups (10 with each foot) or 20 Dips IC and then runs up the steps and does either 20 SSHs or 20 merkins, then back down and go to the next station.

Station 1: 20 Plank JacksIC, 20 Squats, return to Youth Bldg

Station 2: Run to the station and continue on around the main church bldg and back to the Youth Bldg, about 1/4 mile loop.

Station 3: 20 Crab Cakes IC, 20 Crunchy Frogs, return to Youth Bldg

Station 4: Bear Crawl back to Station 3, about 150 feet, return doing a Crab Walk (Crowd pleaser for the older group of Nail, Gold Digger, Drysdale and YHC) Return to Youth Bldg.

Rinse and repeat. The group’s did not quite complete 2 complete rotations.

Great effort by all. Good to be back on the Q here. Come check this AO out if you haven’t. Goid to see Slim Reaper and Red Card consistently coming back after being FNGs a few weeks ago. I will bring more cones to withstand the wind next time.
