Usual weather, a bit chilly.  Mr Hand was on the Q. He got his name from the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High, cause in real life he is a history teacher.

A few weeks ago, Kilowatt gave an impassioned speech about accountability, and this led to many VQ’s coming forth at the Plate.  Having VQ’s is a sign of leadership happening in action- thank you!

You never know what to expect and this was no different.  We meet at Leonard Recreation Center, 6324 Ballinger Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410.  The bridge is out on Ballinger, so you have to access thru Chimney Rock.  It is a fine AO, as we have the place to ourselves.

With prompting from the Pax, the disclaimer was read and we were off:

Tarzan, Waterboy, Apollo, Mudflap, Minute Man, Short Bus, Michelin Man, Kilowatt, Windmill, Expired, Slummy, Polo, Snow White, Mountain Momma, Stryker, Plissken, and Mr Hand on the Q.

Appreciate Mr Hand reaching out to Minute Man who had been Kotter for some time- thats leading!

Mary was the usual in the parking lot, everyone was laughing, then a short run to the field for the Thang:

Pax was paired up for a 2 man grinder with about a 100 yard run portion. On the run, at the cones, 3 burpees before the return.

100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 Squats.  Very effective work out, to which Mr Hand commented, “there are a lot of good work outs at the F3 website…”

Take note VQ’s, and old hands.

At the end, we had a 3 4 cone station- 10 Bobby Hurleys, 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 30 Freddie Mercuries, then Jack Holes 1-5.

Mosey back to Flag for Mary: Box Cutters, Homer and Marge, American Hammers.

COT- Mr Hand

Well done Mr. Hand!
