3 brave soles beat the fart sack and struck out into the gloom. We reviewed the simplistic nature of physics for Thursday’s beatdown; The wheel, Spoke and Wheel to be exact!
We started with Stretch’s favorite – Stretching! Runner’s stretch, sun gods, side straddle hops and a mosey.
The Thang – 6 stations on the wheel of 100 count planks, 20 squats, 20 dry docks, 30 plank jacks, 100 count Al Gore, 20 merkins with 5 burpees in between each exercise. Then it was time for modified rinse and repeat. This time with 20 wide merkins, 30 LBCs, 20 Squat Troopers, 30 shoulder taps, 30 Hillbillies, 20 lunges per side and the glorious burpees in between each.
