AO: Rainbow Dash

PAX: Snakes on a Plane, Rabbit (R), Hey Guy, Belsnickel, Eyeroll, Stryker, Viagra (R), Fanny Pack, Butt Fumble, Expired (R), Sticky Rice (FNG), and Eggplant (R).
11 pax assembled by 7am. YHC delivered the mission and disclaimer, then a short mosey to the parking lot in front of the school for:
- Side-straddle hop 20 IC
- Windmill (slow) 10 IC
- String-ripper 10 IC
- Sun-gods forward 15 IC
- Sun-gods backward 15 IC
- Hug Thyself
- Imperial Walkers 15 IC
The pax warmed, we lined up and planked for a plank frog run to the end of the parking lot for:
THE THANG 1
The PAX were lined up at the end of parking lot and were instructed in how to kick a rugby ball. The first in line PICKED THE PAIN from a container of exercises. The second pax in line kicked the rugby ball. The pax performed the exercise drawn, while the first pax in line ran to retrieve the ball. Upon their return the runners went to the back of the line, and the kicker moved forward to PICK THE PAIN to repeat the process. Early in THANG 1 we were joined by our FNG who jumped right in.
The exercises in the container were: MERKINS, CAROLINA DRYDOCKS, LBCs, RANGER MERKINS, BODY DESTROYERS, WERKINS, AL GORE W/ AIR PRESS, BURPEES, MONKEY HUMPERS, JUMP SQUATS, MOUNTAIN CLIMBER, PLANK JACKS, SHOULDER TAPS, HIGH KNEES, DIAMOND MERKINS, GOOFBALLS, BOBBY HURLEYS, LUNGES, CRUNCHY FROGS, BOAT HOLD, HILLBILLIES, PETER PARKERS, IMPERIAL WALKERS, and MIKE TYSONS.
After we had gone through all of the exercises, we took a short mosey to the picnic tables for:
THE THANG 1.5
Not going to try and call this an entire THANG. We rolled through THANG 1 quicker than YHC expected. At the picnic tables we did 20 dips, 20 step-ups, and repeated. Then we moseyed back to the parking lot for:
THE THANG 2.0
The pax lined up on one side of the parking lot. We did a basic Merkin/Squat ladder with the total exercises equaling 11 each round. Only twist was to transition to the other end of the parking lot with a lunge walk or bear crawl, dealer’s choice.
Upon completion we moseyed back to the shovel flag for:
- Started with several stretches to reward the pax for their hard work
- LBCx 15 IC
- Low Dolly 15 IC
- Heel touches 15 IC
- Low Slow Flutters 15 IC
- American Hammer 15 IC
Butt Fumble volunteered to take us out
Perfect Fall morning for a beatdown. The pax worked hard and picked up the 6. YHC had a bum foot so tried to keep the running to a minimum and appreciated the pax’s support. Great work by all!
