Introduction: 9 PAX members showed up to suffer through Kevin’s first Q. Most survived to tell the tale.

The Thang: Four Cones (A, B, C, & D) were arranged in a rectangle, each Cone with a list of exercises. The PAX divided into two groups, Group 1 started at Cone A, and Group 2 started at Cone C. The exercises were performed at each Cone in cadence, with the lead for each exercise rotating through the Group members. The Groups performed the exercise on the list at their Cone, and then proceeded in the manner specified to the next Cone for performing the next exercise on the list at that next Cone. The routine continued around the Cones until all exercises at each Cone were completed by the Groups.
