Cadet Lab (aka. ORTP)
9 PAX: Situation, Pitino, Cottontail, Snooki, Kaizen, Patch (THE MOUNTAIN GOAT), Weed, Daughtry, and Black Swan (Q)
9 PAX had no time to relax, because the GOAT (Patch) is a HIM (High Impact Man) in motion.
F3 Disclaimer was given during a mosey around the half parking lot @ ORTP.
Since Patch ranked #1 @ the Ragnar WV, this workout was titled “The Mountain GOAT” in his honor, as a Xerox text confirmed he would be referred to as going forward.
(and FYI, both teams did very well, with several of our F3 Greensboro regulars falling under Elite status, ie. Awkward, EPA, Hoosier, and more! All did well. Fun was had by all.)… Please call me out for any top ranking missed in the honorable mentions.)

PRAYER BY YHC – GETTING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE TO DO IMPORTANT THINGS IS IMPORTANT!
*F3 is a big step for many, so stay with the people you’re EH’ing. -Thankful for the EH to Ragnar. It was scary to wrap my mind around it, but I’m so glad to have done it. That would not have happened without the encouragement to move forward, thanks to Hoosier, EPA, and others).
PS – Post workout, we were trying to figure out how to be more like Patch. It seems that carrying dry-wall at various angles on stilts builds great stability, as well as hiking countless miles through the mountains over rocky terrain.
