On a warm July morning 6 fellow pax joined YHC at Natville’s premier non-running Thursday workout:  Sweat Angel!

YHC was honored to be asked again to Q this workout;  nothing like getting pushed out of your comfort zone

YHC arrived at 5:31 sharp (late arrival from Southern Virginia) and the pax had already started with some SSH X 18 IC.  YHC then took control and it went down something like this…

The Thang

YHC attended our Nantan’s workout at It’s Just Lunch the day prior and was inspired by his clock workout.

YHC split the pax up into 7 stations and we did the following:

Station 1:  Merkins X 20 SC

Station 2:  Imperial Walkers AMRAP

Station 3:  Hillbillies AMRAP

Station 4:  Lunges AMRAP

Station 5:  Goof Balls AMRAP

Station 6:  Toy Soldiers AMRAP

Station 7:  Low Slow Flutter AMRAP

When everyone passesd through each station we walked one lap with a coupon over our heads.  We completed 3 rounds.

Station 4:  High Knees AMRAP

Station 5:  Mountain Climbers AMRAP

When everyone passed through each station we walked one lap with a coupon over our heads.  We completed 2 rounds.
