I apologize for the delayed backblast. Life got busy the last few weeks but better late than never. I encouraged PAX to bring their heavy bags for this beatdown. I kept it simple but that didn’t mean it was easy.

We then rucked to the upper deck outside for the thang!
The Thang Part 1:
The Thang was simple. Three exercises:
- Bent Over Row
Each exercise was performed for 10 reps with the coupons used for the squats and merkins. After each three sets we rucked to the end of the parking lot and back. This continued for about 15 minutes.
The Thang Part 2:
10 sandbag tosses were performed before rucking to the end of the parking lot. On the way back the bags were dragged during a bear crawl back to the starting point. Toward the end STP attached his bag to himself resulting in mumble chatter about where it had been attached.
