The Thang:

OYO Parking Deck workout split between East side, West side. West side exercises are 30 count (15 each side), East side exercises are descending burpee ladder. Basketball slide up each ramp, Karaoke each flat to next station, while switching sides halfway.

COT:

As men, we tend to focus our exercises and live our lives going either forward or backward. Look at the man to your right and to your left. If one of them falls, you have to use your lateral muscles to hold him up. Strengthen your lateral muscles, literally and figuratively.
