Mosey to the North Lot for side straddle hops, runner’s stretch, chicken wings, and mountain climbers. Then mosey to the track.

Thang 1 – Amazingly a ladder style BLIMPS workout (10 burpees, 20 Lunges per leg, 30 Imperial Walkers, 40 Merkins, 50 Plank Jacks, and 60 Squats with a short mosey in-between) was left on the track from some previous adventure.  So, we recycled it.  Lucky us, eh?

Thang 2 – Less amazingly, a 6-station conveyor was established with Merkins, diamond Merkins, Burpees, squats, jump squats, and a beautifully branded set of F3 cinder blocks for a block carry around the car rider loop.

Six minutes of Mary – Homer/Marge, box cutters, heel touches, and ‘Merican Hammers.

The wheels came off at this point with the Q forgetting the order of things, ignoring COT, and doing voice notes instead of video for name-o-rama.  If this was my last Q, it’s been fun.
