Whether the PAX were there to celebrate or bring the hate, all came to get better because the work is never down. Love him or hate him, he puts the work in. He leads with passion. WARM-A-RAMA

We shook of the rust like Gronk and celebrated ring #7 with a 7-ring mosey-rama. One big mosey around the subterranean frozen tundra with 7 stops along the way.

THE THANG

Splitting up into 2 groups, the PAX met at the 50 yard line on the concrete gridiron for weighted exercises. After each set was completed, each group drove down the field and put the work in within their respective end zones. each site had an A and a B side that the PAX rotated through each time. Rinse and repeat with a carefully curated playlist. Each set of reps adds up to the Super Bowl corresponding to each ring as show below…
