From there we moved into the THANG

This morning there were 6 Stations set up. The PAX evenly divided up by picking a station to begin with. We started with the first exercise on each sheet completing 3 sets and then moving to the next station via Farmers Carry or Cusack with weights.

Station 1 (12 each arm)

  • Curls

  • Tricep Kickbacks

Station 2 (20 single count – 3sets)

  • Squats
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Static Lunge

Station 3 (20 single count – 3sets)

  • WW1 Situp
  • Leg Raises (Marge)

Station 4 (20 single count – 3sets)

  • Merkins
  • Werkins
  • Carolina Dry Docks

Station 5 (20 single count – 3 sets)

  • Squats
  • Monkey Humpers
  • Static Lunge

Station 6 (20 single counts – 3sets)

  • Pickle Pushers
  • Cindy Crawford’s
  • Heel Touches

With time running out we made it through the first 2 exercises at each station with possibly a few teams making it to the third exercise.
