Date of Workout:  8/6/2020

Fortunately last week YHC smart sacked and missed the burpee infused Stampede.   This week it was back to a more usual situation with only a few quick warm ups to get in the way.  Unfortunately Guiding Light came up lame during the EC so he left before we started.  We began with 15 then picked up Thor as we started running and ended up with 16 finishers.

Enough non-running, it was time to go…  We moseyed to corner of Starmount and Beverly.  We proceeded down Starmount with some high knees and some butt kickers, stopping at corner of E & W Brentwood.  There we began…

The Thang:

Part 1: worked the triangle of E Brentwood, Madison, W Brentwood.

First lap: slower first two legs, fast last leg

Second lap: slower first leg, fast last two legs

Third lap: all legs fast

Then we moseyed up Brentwood to Madison and down to Homewood.

Unfortunately, time was running short so no time today for the hill…

We moseyed  down Homewood to Market and around through the park back to the flag.

No time left for Mary…


It was a quiet morning.  Everest took us out.
