YHC was asked to Q in person by the Site Q; and if available, the request is usually not turned down. Even though I had made a vow to try to attend another Thursday workout after I found myself enjoying it during the Natville Summer Challenge.

5:20 found it dark and still. Humidity was high and the winds from Hurricane Dorian had not yet reached us. Set up was simple and pax were reminded that weights were not needed for this workout. Promptly at 5:30 the disclaimer was given and we got started.
