AO: Fenceline

Pax: Flow, Slumlord, Huggies, Butt Fumble, Jitterbug, JWoww, QuickDraw (QIC)

7 pax arrived at Irving Park Elementary in the misty gloom eager to take on a new day and the challenge before them. Slumlord, JWoww, and Jitterbug knocked out an EC murph before the beatdown #TheMule. The group asked YHC which shelter we would be under due to the precipitation, the answer was “I hope you are ready to get wet;” this beatdown was happening without cover. Significant mumble chatter and “I knew I should have gone to shake weight” followed. YHC was undeterred and we launched into:

Pax were instructed to find a bar to hang from or to hold dip position on parallel bars and to pull knees up to chest while cadence was called. Completed 3 X 10 however this was an #epicfail as the height of the bars was too low to allow for full extension. Thanks for trying, men!
