After being up most of the night listening to howling winds, banging branches and the creaks of an older home, YHC was not ready to leave the #fartsack for Circle Time. There was not a Q last week and the Pax did fine, right? Nah, there was a plan and as told in Church on Sunday, we should act and do. Plus, this WO plan would only work at the best AO in all of #Natville, here at Jesse Wharton Elem. It is a true shame that members of the Natville pax think it is too far to drive and have to be worried about what shoes to wear for they may be ruined, or needing a headlamp bouncing on your noggin (maybe that is your thing though). Oh well, back to the matter at hand.
The Pax gathered beside the covered walkway. YHC was using his sailing skills to find the best place to bask in the warmth of a windshadow. The 15-18 mph winds had some members second guessing their attire or wanting something to hold them down (haha, they may be in luck!). As all the usual suspects gathered a short disclaimer was given. YHC was saddened by the lack of FNGs, but is partly to blame for that along with my 11 friends of the gloom.

Partner up. Size does not matter but speed may. The fact that speed matters and YHC took the last man out as a partner may spell trouble as Drizzle somehow lost a glove during warm-ups and had gone back to the car to look for another pair. The pax then completed:
Partner A- 20 dips & 20 Derkins at tables
Partner B- Peoples chair—arms out, arms up FLAPJACK x 2 rounds.
Partner A- 20 step-ups
Partner B-BTTW; FLAPJACK x 2 rounds
Pax then walked to through the magic doorway and found those weights to hold them down and still in the breeze. Each team grabbed a sandbag. Moseyed to big parking lot.
CATCH ME IF YOU CAN-Partner A- begin running carrying bag while partner B completes 3 burpees then sprints to catch partner. Partner B then takes bag and runs while Partner A does 3 burpees then spints to catch partner. 2 LAPS. Then plank for 6.
Back to picnic area; Partner A- 20 elevated prom dates (Alabama prom dates with legs elevated on the table seat) #crowdpleaser / Partner B – peoples chair; FLAPJACK x 2 rounds

Back to picnic tables–Partner A-20 hiking bench sit-ups (sit-up with 6 on seat and feet hooked under bars of table- try to go 180 or more) /Partner B – BTTW FLAPJACK x 2 rounds
We then finished off with a bit of pre-mary to work the obliques. Circle up at end of cones-6s in. 4 sandbags were set at the 12-3-6-9 positions, pax completed bucket brigade to the right. One person sprints to end of cones and back to their spot. Person to right of them then sprints. Switched directions passing left, then back right at some point during the sprints. Pax then moseyed back around the parking island to the shovel flag. No one called a #jailbreak, surprising to the Q. Maybe they were all smoked?

- It seemed to be the opinion of the pax that the F3NutritionChallege made normal functioning men very angry when they Q’ed. Pax should beware for the next 5 weeks.
- It was an honor to lead. The willingness of the pax to try new things that YHC brought to the table was appreciated. The elevated prom dates were harder than anticipated. Those will have to come back, but only to 5:30 workouts. #notfordaylight
