9 brave souls posted to the Latham Grinder the morning after the first overtime in Super Bowl History, except for Cavity who didn’t know who won the game until posting.  With only 9 PAX I-beam, Hermie, and myself decided to consolidate the groups with no running splinter this morning.  After a short introduction and disclaimer after Cavity came in on two wheels we moseyed through Fisher Park in front of the First Presbyterian steps.   Here is how it all played out:

Partner A starts with 12 Burpees as Partner B runs the first block and Planks as Partner B comes to join him, once Partner B joins Partner A does 3 burpees, as Partner A takes off Partner B does 3 burpees and chases after Partner A

Partner A runs 2 Blocks and planks as Partner B comes to join him, once Partner B joins Partner A does 6 burpees, as Partner A takes off Partner B does 6 burpees and chases after Partner A

Partner A runs 3 Blocks and planks as Partner B comes to join him, once Partner B joins Partner A does 9 burpees, as Partner A takes off Partner B does 9 burpees and chases after Partner A

Partner A runs 4 Blocks and planks as Partner B comes to join him, once Partner B joins Partner A does 12 burpees, as Partner A takes off Partner B does 12 burpees and chases after Partner A

Two lessons learned, first the PAX does not take direction very well unless it is written down and two Partner A got the better deal than Partner B

Double File Indian Run on the way back to the shovel Flag, with only 8 guys we were moving.  Strong work by all the Guys to grind it out.

It is hard to believe but I-beam has been the site q for one year, although this has not been verified but he is attempting to pass the shovel flag (or at least take it out of Jordache’s car and give it to someone) looking for a brave soul to step up.  Contact I-beam if interested.
