Admittedly, YHC is not very creative. Coming up with three workouts in a week is a definite challenge for my old brain. So, YHC decided to resurrect the old Burpee Block. It went something like this…

Most Pax made it through the cycle with some getting in a few more blocks. It was a great effort by all as we ran 2.6 miles on my watch.
