At 5:25, 14 PAX and 200 fifth graders pulled into the school parking lot. Not what I was expecting. The 5th graders weren’t interested in joining us…said something about having to go to DC on a field trip. Excuses, excuses…

After being forced to alter my well-laid-out plans (due to the back parking lot being full of cars and kids), we stood in a circle to begin the warm-a-rama. Before we could begin, 2 tour busses were coming in hot. I’ve been known to include a vehicle push in past workouts, but I never once thought about hiring tour busses (even though the shock value would be well worth it). The busses ran over all of my cones. Many of the cones broke due to the cold and the attached instruction sheets started to blow away. Thanks to CJ for helping me chase them down and for Bulldog getting the warm up started while I tried to keep the workout from being a total disaster.

Imperial Walkers

Mosey to the top of the school main entrance and make your way down the hill to the stop sign, doing 3 burpees at each street light.

Pray for one of Snookie’s friends David Carter,that was recently diagnosed with cancer and given 3-4 months. He has a family (Wife, Melissa and 3 sons) that needs some support. Lift them up brothers.
