With temps hovering around 18 degrees at launch time, YHC called for everyone to look around and partner up with someone that they had never partnered with before. Its never too cold to find a new workout friend. After a short disclaimer, a short mosey took us from shovel flag to the corner of Church and Market St to begin our Mobile Warm-O-Rama. YHC called for 5 Burpees OYO followed by 20 merkins (down on 1, hold at bottom on 2, and back up on 3). On our feet and mosey to corner of Market and Davie. 5 Burpees OYO followed by Sun Gods(single direction, too cold to stand in place for long). Mosey to stop sign at Lebauer Park for 5 Burpees OYO and Windmills. Mosey to corner of Davie and Lindsay St for 5 more Burpees OYO followed by 20 Goblet Squats(down on 1 hold at bottom on 2, and back up on 3). PAX ended up in front of Greensboro Historical Museums brick wall. Perfect place to find your partner and alternate between 15 Derkins for partner 1 while partner 2 does monkey humpers. Alternate until each partner completes 4 rounds of 15 Derkins. Mosey back to fenced lot at corner of Church and Market.
Partner 1 does exercise at station while partner 2 runs to fence, completes 10 mountain climbers and 10 Crab cakes. Upon return from fence, switch places. Once each partner has done exercise and run, move to next station.
