A pax of 7 gathered in the balmy 40 degree weather for a workout concocted by College Boy Elroy over in his palatial dorm room on the campus of HPU; he may live in the lap of luxury, but he is all grit and grime when it comes to his workouts!  The workout went a little something like this:

Mosey around the church then a  warm up.

25 Side Straddle Hops

15 Windmills

15 sungods (forward then backward)

20 Hillbillies

10 Merkins

5 Burpees on your own

 

The Thang:

Part 1

For 10 minutes the PAX did as many rounds as possible of…

5 pullups

10 merkins

15 squats

After the first five minutes and at the end, the pax took a lap around the small parking lot and back to the playground

 

Part 2

Pax Indian Run. Q started at the front and when he made it back, the pax alternated between 10 Carolina Dry Docks and 5 Lt. Danes.

Pax did 8 rounds, 4 of each exercise

Then it was back to the shovel flag for Mary
