23 hopeful Pax came out for the next to last Circle Time before Christmas hoping for some nice presents from Santa. The rain held off and the temperature was reasonable. Those were about the only good presents that the Pax received today. With no FNG’s, we had a brief disclaimer regarding the obvious unprofessional leader this am and were off for a short mosey around the parking lot. Lots of pre workout mumblechatter about the darkness of the road and bright headlights convinced the Q to stay where we could see and be seen. Odd that TPS was wearing a weighted vest (T-claps) but didn’t want the added weight of a headlamp. Guess he must have quite the battery in that one, but in any event we were off…then back to the flag for…

Being sufficiently warmed up, we moseyed 20 feet to the cones. Then YHC gave the gift of the merkin ladder to the obviously excited Pax. We ran to end of the cones, did 21 merkins, back to the start for 20, etc. down to zero.
Having sufficiently worked our upper regions, we then enjoyed a four corners escalator. The stops looked like this:
Corner 1: 10 lunges each leg
Corner 2: 10 lunges each leg, 20 bridge ups (don’t know what these are called but some enjoyed them a little too much…)
Corner 3: 10 lunges each leg, 20 bridge ups, 30 calf raises (10 regular, 10 toes out, 10 toes in)
Corner 4: 10 lunges each leg, 20 bridge ups, 30 calf raises (10 regular, 10 toes out, 10 toes in), 40 squats
then a lap around the parking lot and unwind back to the beginning.
This left just a brief time for some …

We are collecting money for Tara at Panara on Lawndale. She always takes great care of the F3 groups that meet there and has been going through some hard times in her personal life.
Huffy has filled all the spots for bell ringing next week. Thanks Pax for supporting.
Thanks for giving me the honor today to lead this great group of men. You continue to inspire and push me to grow in many ways. Thank you.
