Runner’s stretch each leg
Mosey to the church parking lot for the second course of the warm-a-rama.
12 reps of each exercise. After each set of 12…run around the oval track and begin the next exercise.
Short mosey to the center of the lot to get instructions for the THANG.
Break into groups of 3 (thanks for posting in odd numbers). Cones were accompanied by a list of 10 exercises on each end of the larger parking lot. Partner 1 and 2 do AMRAP of the exercises while partner 3 runs the length of the lot to relieve one of the partners. Continue moving down the list of exercises and rinse and repeat until time is called.
Mosey back to the shovel flag for Mary.
