Awesome work out at Local Honey with 21 in the pax. These men worked their tails off!
We did a nice long mosey around the block and ended up near the spiral parking deck.  There we warmed up before the thang happened. I wanted to make sure their legs were nice and warm and stretched before all the running.
Warm O Rama
– SSH x 15
– Windmills x 15
– Touch your toes stretch
– Copper head squats x 15
The Thang
5 burpees at bottom of spiral
1-Run up spiral one level, run across parking deck to the other side and do the first exercise.
     20 ranger merkins
     20 jump squats
2- Run up stairs one level, run across parking deck to the other side and do the 2nd exercise.
     40 shoulder taps
     20 copperhead lunges
3- run up the spiral to the next level, run across the parking deck to the other side and do the 3rd exercise.
    30 dips
    40 air claps
4- run up stairs to the next level, run across the parking deck to the other side and do the 4th exercise.
     20 Carolina dry docks
     20 imperial walkers
5- run up the spiral to the next level, run across the parking deck to the other side and do the 5th exercise.
     30 plank jacks
     20 hill billies
6- run up stairs to the next level, run across the parking deck to the other side and do the 6th exercise.
     20 decline merkins
     20 field goal blockers
Rinse and repeat until Omaha
The funniest part of the workout was when I started removing the workout sheets before the rest of the PAX were done execising.  Oops, my bad!
