Song Time:  “Feliz Navivdad” by Jose Feliciano

What a great song!  Hard not to get in the Christmas spirit after hearing it, even if you happen to hear it at least 1,000 times from Thanksgiving to Christmas!  Pax were instructed to start in plank position and do a plankjack whenever they heard “Feliz Navidad”.  Then when they heard “Merry Christmas” switch to Superman/Banana until they heard “Feliz Navidad” again and then go back to doing plankjacks.  Who would have believed a 3 minute song could feel like 10 minutes?  Strong mumble chatter here!

Great effort by the Pax today.  We had speed (running) and violence (Thurmanator told me he would break my phone if he heard another verse to Feliz Navidad)!

Thurmanator – You continue to impress with your hard work.  I look forward to your next Q.

TPS – great leadership at this AO.  Thanks for starting a 6:30 workout so close to my house!  If you are serious on a repeat I will be happy to return Christmas Eve for an encore!

Bulldog – thanks for coming out!  Sorry we didn’t have the valet parking ready!  We will be better prepared next time.

4 in a Row – looking forward to running Valentine’s Day Massacre with you!  Thanks for making the drive from Oak Ridge.

Bedpan – You are ready to Q soon.  Great job leading on your assigned exercise.

Crawl Space – Your beard is quite awesome.  Thanks for coming today.  Look forward to running with you again soon.

Boone’s Farm – You will be missed my friend when you head to Ireland next month.  I hope you can get F3 Dublin rolling!  Thanks for your leadership this year with F3 Tampa and at Lunatic Fringe.

COT:  Bulldog took us out
