It is a dark time for the Pax. Although the Fartsack Star has been destroyed, Imperial Beta Males have driven the Pax from their hiding place and pursued them across Greensboro.

Evading the dreaded Imperial Starfleet, a group of freedom fighters led by Slum Skywalker has established a new secret base on the remote ice world of Quaker Crater.

The evil lord Darth Bulldog, obsessed with finding young Skywalker, has dispatched thousands of remote probes into the far reaches of space….

Warm-a-Rama

Eight gilded warriors braved freezing temperatures and merciless gusts from the Far North. They puffed their chests out and did the following in earnest protest to the unrelenting gloom. The Pax did 20 [I.C.] Side Straddle Hops; Lucky 40’s (4 sets of 10 Merkin variations to perfection) and humped some monkeys at least 20-30 times each.

Evolution 1

Slum Skywalker beckoned the Pax to embrace their dark side and go for an Indigenous Peoples Run to the Library. The hill tested a few of the brave souls.

Under the warm florescent glow of LED lighting we entered Bodett’s Octogon [library parking lot] and completed 100 Burpees in 10-12 minutes with the addition of active rest between sets courtesy of Bed Bug. After gold stars were earned, we set off for another Indigenous Peoples Run into mosey to the Flag. The Pax discovered the animal spirit within and Bear Crawled from point A to point B [X 3 Rounds]. Much grumble followed.Some growls…

Evolution 2

Things were getting a little snakey, so Skywalker put the Pax to work doing some Copperhead Squats [X30], and since Bed Bug was raising the bar, he transitioned into Mr. Merkin and did a little Merkin Says, whereby he got to choose 4 Merkin variations at 5 per set. And last, but not least, the Pax were flying high having accomplished so much, that Skywalker had to bring them low with some Dive Bombers [x20] to finish their journey into manhood.
