On the coldest morning this fall at 33 degrees, just 4 PAX made it out of bed to get better and to get warm. A 6 station workout with running around the football field and the parking lot was enough to get the PAX warmed up and the 120 yard bear crawl (A Spurrier staple) capped a solid beatdown. Everyone got their money’s worth. Good to have Nails back in the gloom. After a brief intro the PAX moseyed to the concession stand. This is how it played out from there:

6 stations were set up from the concession stand around the football field, to the shelter and through the parking. This is how they were set up:
Short mosey to Station 1 near the concession stand
Station 1: 10 Burpees, Run to Station 2
Station 2: Lunges 10 R & 10 L, Run to Station 3 at Shelter
Station 3: Step Ups 10 R, 10 L, Run to Station 4 near Shovel Flag
Station 4: 30 Plan Jacks SC, Karaoake halfway down the parking lot to Station 5
Station 5: 20 Merkins SC, Run to Station 6 behind the goal post.
Station 6: 25 Squats SC, Run on the path around the football field all the way around and stop at Station 1 again. Rinse and repeat until time is called.
After about 2 and a half times through the stations the PAX moseyed to the football field for the 120 Yard Bear Crawl. Mosey back to the Shovel Flag for:

Wolverine took us out.
Tap Room Wednesdays from 5:30 to at least 7:00.

3 PAX went to coffeeteria at McDonald’s.
