A pax of 12 including 1 FNG gathered for some pre-Halloween Trick-or-Treating at the LCC.  The trick was thinking the workout was going to be easy; the treat was getting stronger with a hard workout.  This is how it went down:

The pax moseyed around the LCC campus as part of their warmup and then did the following:


25 Side Straddle Hops

15 “Dryesdale” Windmills

20 Mountain Climbers

7 Burpees on your Own

Leg Stretch on Ten Count



Act 1

Partner up. One guy runs a lap around the building while partner does the first exercise from the following list.  Once both guys did the exercise, repeat running and move to #2 exercise, and so on.

  1. Merkins
  2. Burpees
  3. LBCs
  4. Dips
  5. Pull Ups
  6. Squats

Act 2

Jacobs Ladder of Derkins and Dips on the hill. 8 total:  7 Derkins at the top, 1 Dip at the bottom then 6 Derkins at the top, 2 Dips at the bottom and so on.
