On a cool October morning, a PAX of 3 veterans met up for the 3rd week of this new Oak Ridge running workout. For those reading this, we want to make this open to runners at all levels, beginners to long-time runners, much like the Starmount Stampede. No one will be left behind or held back at a workout and the goal is to get more people in the Oak Ridge, Stokesdale, Colfax, Kernersville, Summerfield and NW Greensboro area running by providing an area workout. We will slowly build this up and establish a group that can hold their own in many of the races in the area, at least with 5Ks or be able to run better at boot camp workouts. Boot camp workouts do not provide quite enough running to get in shape for a 5K so this is a nice alternative to get in shape. With all of that being said, here is how the workout played out:
WARM-A-RAMA:
20 SSHs IC
20 Windmills IC
20 Mountain Climbers IC
THE THANG:
3.5 mile run where we started out on the big loop around the park and took a turn down Scoggins Road beside the Fire Station to the end and back and then completed the loop around the park and added another lap around the loop around the park and back to the Shovel Flag.

25 LBCs IC
20 American Hammers IC
COT:
