With some of the regular Dash Stallions on loan to the High Point launch, 3 pax and our faithful mascot, Bailey joined YHC in the gloom surrounding Mendenhall. After a short Broga warm up (old man style) a beat down begun.

Thang 1 –

Run to the top of the sledding hill and complete:

25 Plank Jacks

25 Peter Parkers

10 Donkey Kicks

25 Wide Merkins

40 LBC’s

Between each exercise, run back down the hill and complete 25 Imperial Walkers (who knew they were so hard? Active recovery).

Thang 2

Mosey to the football bleachers for the following trio of 10-1 ladder exercises:

Pull Ups

Jump Squats

Dips

Take a lap around the bleachers between sets… so thats 55 of each and 10 laps around the bleachers.

Thang 3

Short mosey to the football field (really wet and high grass from all the rain)

bear crawl to the 50. crab walk to the far goal line (this sucked).

Thang 4

Back up to the bleachers for 10-1 ladder #2:

diamond merkins

step ups

Blurpees (burped with your feet landing outside your hands on the way up and down)

Take a lap around the bleachers between sets… so thats 55 of each and 10 laps around the bleachers.

*** to note, YHC was told by I Beam that he had to “cut out about 5 or 10 minutes early”. the Q noted that I-Beams actual departure was 20 minutes early, co-inciding with the announcement that a second ladder was needed to complete the beatdown. ***

With our numbers dwindling, the Pax suffered thru the second ladder courageously, Bailey joining in by attacking a flock of canadian geese… TClaps.

The pax then stumbled back to the shovel flag for a round of Hammer (25).
