35 PAX including YHC enjoyed a glorious Natville morning.  Flags arrived a little late, as former Site Q Quicken thought Uptown Funk started at 5:32.  Here is what went down:

Warm-o-rama

PAX started quickly and ran through LeBauer Park.  Our favorite friend, the security guard who drives around in circles waved as we stopped on Davie street (still closed) and did Warm-o-rama.

Active warmup – line up on Davie and do the following running.

  • 50% ramping up to 70% (Graffiti only knows 80%+)
  • Karaoke both ways
  • High Knees into High butt kickers
  • 60% up to 80/90% (This looked very similar to the 50/70

Thang

Split into two groups at the corner of Friendly and Elm – one group ran south on Elm on one side, the other group on the other side.

Progression of exercises at each street

Market (5 reps), February 1st, (10 reps), Washington (15 reps) and Natty Greene’s (20 partner merkins)

Exercises included Merkins, Goblet Squats, Crucible Merkins and Carolina Dry Docks.

Most PAX made it through 3 circuits (Wide Left started circuit 4).

Moseyed back to the lot.
