9 gathered to do all they could to tear down the playground at the LCC on this cool, wet morning.  It began with a Mosey to Warm up along with the following:

  • Sprint Carrying ball one way with ball overhead… back regular

  • Squat w/ ball throw
  • Swing Plank Derkin
  • Sledgehammer
  • Lunge Twist w/ Weight
