Viagra, coming in hot, was deemed a cool kid, so we held up the mosey line for him. Pax cut through the fog and dew in stride to the baseball diamond for the w.a.r.

Somehow with only 14 men present, we wound up with a group of 5 and a group of 2 #difficulties #buddysystem #branchout. Our young brother fka Bambi was due for a promotion, because he held his number and his own and ventured off with Man-eater. YHC humbly joined that crew for their journey.

Station 1

  • Chest Press with resistance band
  • Merkins (20)
  • Tricep Extension with resistance band
  • Diamond Merkins (10)
  • Dips (20)

Station 2

4 med balls

  • Wall Ball
  • Overhead med ball launch

Station 3

  • Sprint (at your own pace) – moved from soccer field to baseball infield
  • *** group of 5 reportedly did 100 sprints and moved their station to the pull-up bars and burpee chamber

Station  4

Pick your poison

  • Step Ups
  • Inc Merkins
  • Box Jumps
  • Footwork drills on steps
  • Combat Ropes
  • Resistance Bands
  • Jump Ropes

– Omaha was called, all pax brought their resistance band and met at the picnic tables for some partner work.

– Partner A – foot displacement on steps for 2 minutes

– Partner B – Box Jump Burpee on picnic table

– Mosey to the fitness center for 3 minutes of station work. Again, pax picked their own poison and rotated as needed.

Circle of Death

  • Arnold with extended shoulder press and tricep extension
  • Hammer Circle with 4 med balls – Single hammer, double hammer, triple hammer. Knees to chest in interim
  • Repeat Arnold circuit
  • Burpee Ball starting with a diamond merkin ladder from 5:1 into Diamond Merkin Burpees – Single, Double, Double/Double, Triple

Mary

  • LBC with resistance band x 15 IC
    • High hands x 15 IC
    • No band x 20 IC
  • LBC with resistance band – extended legs x 20 IC
  • Homer to Marge x 15
    • Reverse Crunch x 15
