A studly 16 arrived early at the #fenceline, or at least most of us did. 15 of us trotted off into a #brr preparation mosey, or what #fenceliners consider #brr prep may be a .5 mile before ending up right back where we started. YHC had about 3 workouts planned depending on what the rain finally decided to do. While the ground was wet, the humor was dry and we proceeded to the upper parking lot/stickball yard for warm-a-rama and Wicked’s timely arrival:
Warm-A-Rama (YHC set out cones resembling a baseball diamond)
Pax were instructed to mosey to the announced position, perform the called exercise, mosey to home plate and execute the corresponding number of burpees as to the position.
- 1 – SSH x 20 IC – 1 Burpee
- 2 – Mountain Climbers x 15 IC 2 Burpees
- 3 – Sun Gods x 15 IC (both ways) 3 Burpees
- 4 -Windmills x 15 IC 4 Burpees
- 5 – String Rippers x 15 IC 5 Burpees
- 6 – Peter Parker’s x 12 IC 6 Burpees
- 7 – Copperhead Squats x 15 IC 7 Burpees
- 8 – Imperial Walkers x 12 IC 8 Burpees
- 9 – Plank Jacks x 12 IC – Omaha on Burpees, exchanged for 7 innings of outs or LUCKY 7s (diamond, regular, wide merkins)

Hammer Circle (new)
16 pax 4 medicine balls. In a circle facing outwards, pax on their 6. YHC introduced 1 medicine ball at a time. Pax completed an American Hammer each direction and passed the ball. If pax did not have a ball, they either did knees-to-chest or continued with non-weighted Hammers.
