17 PAX at the Crater for a visit to the library and a detour down a path known well only to the locals.

A brief welcome at the flag uncovered no FNG’s, but a reminder of our mission to plant, grow, and serve small men’s workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership was not forgotten.

Warm up at the base of the first hill included the usual:

SSH, Sun Gods, Imperial Walkers, Hill billys, merkins, plank stretches to limber up and test those that are balance-challenged.

The Thang:

Mosey to the library lot to partner up and perform a list of 7 exercises.  One partner takes a lap while the other does the next exercise on the list. Flip Flop…

Burpees, Squat with overhead claps, LBC’s, Dips, Mountain climbers, Inch worms, Lunges


Mosey back using the long forgotten path to the shovel flag for some Mary.

Planks, 4-count leg lifts, Marge/Homers, ending with some stretches that were a little too complicated for some, but attempted by all.


Bed Bug shared that his mom (and Wojo’s), Sandra, has been diagnosed with cancer. She is struggling with other health issues as well. Pray that Bed Bug and Wojo will find ways to be supportive and encouraging during this time and that their mom will decide to lean on others and allow others to support her through this.
